Why we exist

Liaixon Marketing exists so that the firm online is the same firm a client meets in the room: one brand, one website that does its job, a steady presence, and a pipeline the firm controls rather than hopes for.

Through Liaixon Marketing, the firm runs the prospecting and brand engine that keeps qualified clients coming to both businesses. For clients, Liaixon Marketing is the marketing department they would otherwise have to hire: brand identity, website design and build, social media, SEO and AI search, paid acquisition, AI video and founder-led LinkedIn, run as one system and reported against one number, discovery sessions booked.

How we work

The audit comesbefore the pitch.

This describes most successful firms, not badly run ones. Marketing gets done between other things.

  1. 01Rule

    Audit before the pitch

We read your website and social presence first. The first conversation opens with the specific issues found, never a generic pitch.

  2. 02Rule

    One number

Work is measured on enquiries and discovery sessions booked, not likes, impressions or vanity metrics.

  3. 03Rule

    Scoped in writing

Configuration and budget are fixed in writing before anything starts.

  4. 04Rule

    Reversible

No lock-in to systems you cannot take with you. You own the brand, the site and the accounts.

Structure

Two doors,one firm.

Liaixon Marketing also runs Liaixon's own prospecting and business development in-house. It is the same lead procurement discipline we sell to clients, pointed at ourselves, so the pipeline feeding our engagements is something we control rather than something we hope for.

Engineering

Liaixon Engineering

Liaixon Engineering, our engineering side, is the automation division of your firm.

Marketing

Liaixon Marketing

Liaixon Marketing is the marketing department a real estate or construction firm would otherwise have to build, delivered as one accountable team.

The seven disciplines

Liaixon runs two distinct sides of the business: Liaixon Engineering, the engineering side, and Liaixon Marketing. They share a mission and a team, but each runs on its own terms. A firm that comes to Liaixon for its website and marketing needs the same firm for its systems, so everything it shows the market looks and works as one. A firm that comes for engineering needs the pipeline kept full.
